Monday        6.00pm - 6.30pm
Tuesday        9.30am - 10.00am
Wednesday 6.00pm - 6.30pm
Friday            9.30am - 10.00am

£3 per class or £5 for 2 classes a week.  

Monday       6.45pm - 7.45pm - Mens class - 30 mins HIIT followed by 30 mins Purestretch - £5 per class

Why HIIT?

30 minute HIIT sessions will help you burn fat and improve your fitness levels.  You will benefit from the motivation of others in the group to get you through the challenging intervals while still receiving individual attention. 

HIIT is one of the most effective training methods for improving cardiovascular fitness. It involves short bursts of maximum effort followed by short intervals of rest, i.e. 30 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest. This is repeated for 15-20 mins.

​HIIT classes are suitable for all fitness levels...it is all relative to your own fitness and abilities. If you push yourself during the working intervals you will get results.
