PILATES
Pilates is a low impact class which aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on strength and mobility to improve general fitness and wellbeing. £6 per class

HIIT

A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training Session, it involves short bursts of maximum effort followed by short periods of rest.  One of the most efficient training methods for improving cardiovascular fitness. £3.50 per class / £6 for 2 classes a week

PURESTRETCH
PureStretch is a 45-minute class involving stretch routines, core strengthening and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates. £4.50 per class
