Knowing how to set up an exercise programme that includes all the activities you need to do to achieve your goals can be overwhelming. As a personal trainer I can help you set goals and plan an exercise programme that will maximise your time providing workouts that are safe and effective.
- You’ve been exercising regularly but haven’t seeing results
Maybe you have been exercising consistently for several weeks or months and are not losing weight or reaching your goals. With my knowledge of fitness training and nutrition we can work together to review and update your current exercise programme and eating habits, helping you make the changes needed to achieve those goals.
- You need or like to be challenged
Many people work out regularly but stay within their comfort zone. As a personal trainer it is my job to motivate you to challenge yourself and use different training methods to increase the challenge of your workout whilst making sure it is still safe and effective.

Do you have good intentions but find it hard to motivate yourself to work out? Having personal training sessions booked in to your weekly schedule will make exercise a regular habit rather than a good intention and I’ll encourage you throughout the sessions to keep going.

I can come to your home for training sessions at a time that is convenient for you. Either showing you how to correctly use the equipment you have or bring equipment with me to give you a great, effective workout.
